Product Review: Tucker Tweed

If you’re looking for a great way to carry all the necessities in high style, look no further than Tucker Tweed!

I received the “Lexington” Dressage purse for my birthday last year, earning my husband massive points! A few months before, I came to the realization (after drooling of multiple Tucker Tweed bags) that I hadn’t bought a new purse for myself in over 5 years! I’m a thrift/antique store junkie and my last few purses have been pre-owned finds. So, I was able to rationalize that I actually needed a new purse! I mean, 5 years people. I’m pretty sure I earned it!

I have now been carrying my wonder-purse for about four months and I’m still getting compliments every week! The quality is superb and it has held up to daily wear without notice. I love the suppleness of the leather and the subtle equestrian flair of the dressage horse embossed on the front. It doesn’t scream “CRAZY HORSE LADY!” like some of the other items I admittedly own. It’s subtly whispers equestrian sophistication in the best way possible. The “chestnut” color is very neutral and goes with everything. I like that I can fit the essentials but also some larger items like a day planner inside if I need to. And my husband likes it because I am now able to carry his wallet, phone, keys and whatever else he decides I should have to tote around for him in exchange for purchasing this item for me! haha!

Some other features I love are the equestrian inspired hardware and buckles, the ability to add a shoulder strap and the interior pockets and zipper storage. If you’re thinking about splurging on a new purse, this could be the perfect fit for you!
