The Perfect Tack Trunk For Less

I don’t know about you guys, but when I see the prices on some of the tack trunks online and in the catalogs, I just can’t justify spending that much on something that I just lug my stuff around in! Maybe it’s because I’m a recent college grad with too many loans to pay off,  or maybe it’s the thriftiness my mom instilled in me growing up? Either way, I was determined to find something cheaper.

After many unsuccessful trips to Target, Wal-Mart and a few other hardware stores, I decided to search online. And there it was! The Stanley Rolling Tool Box! Genious!! Only $60 at Home Depot. I’ve also heard that you can find these at Lowes. You might be able to find a tack trunk for around $125 but that usually doesn’t include a handle and wheels. This one has both – and a removable tray to put grooming supplies in.

I love finding good deals, especially for equestrian products! I hope you all will enjoy this one as much as I do!
